Looking to replace mine, what model should I look at for bike cleaning?

Ja I got the correct tool, just not to sure if its a good thing to fiddle when no issues....

Thoughts on this? Some say don't clean until you see leaks, as you might upset or damage forks with unnecessary cleaning? Others say it should be part if regular maintenance, what say you??
