Guys , getting the chain lube off the rim is not the issue , What is , is that the rims are plated /anodised and from using a degreaser . mild one , has left cloudy stains on the rim . I was looking for advise on how to take the rim from dull to shiny. I did use a rim wax , did little , WD40...

I have to ask , Our bikes come with black rims , and I like to keep them black and shiny , but with the chain lube that makes a mess on the rim and spokes , keeping them clean is a constant chore . I dont mind this , but buy using mild degreaser seems to attack the anodised coating on the rim ...

Don't think they available here , as they expensive , start from about R1700 up to about R6000.00 . I was looking at a pair of KTM branded ALIPNE STAR winter gloves , they had a separate thermal liner glove , price was 4650.00 . Still thinking but just cant get myself to place the order .
