Thank you guys and yes Chris I agree on the Big Bag, but it squashes the right hand side plastic side cover on to the exhaust melting it, so some kind of support is required to hold it off. I have used the Big Bag on my L for along time now.

Thanks guys. Replaced one on Saturday as well. Without it, the gear lever would certainly have punched a hole in the casing and the owner would have had a problem getting his bike back from Sani Pass to Jhb.
