This past weekend I spent some time finishing the smaller things. The stickers are all done now aswell. All fairings are properly secured and I have painted the chrome bezel on the instrument cluster black to improve the look.

I got the fairing back last week from my Dad, and over the weekend I started to fit all the plastics back onto the bike to verify fitment. The headlights fit perfectly. I am now busy having the headlight brackets lasercut from 2mm mild steel.

Just a small update. The bike had some carb issues. It would idle fine, but when throttle was applied, the bike had a misfire. The one carb would also overflow easily. I took the carbs apart completely and found the main jet blocked on one and in the other I found dirt in the needle seat. I...
