Once again I thank everyone for your input and advice ,I really appreciate it . I'm trying to get my mind out of a rut and work on the way I process information, also a little bit of depression and mid life crisis . Also need to learn to take risks ,but as a father it's a tough one .

Thanks to everyone,I appreciate all the kind advice and support. I will read everything again and try change my mindset and hopefully have a plan or goal to better myself ,maybe start a small business from home in the garage to start with .

Exactly,afraid of taking a risk ,but when it's hard to get out of bed in the morning and driving the same road to work ,like a robot ,hating every minute of your job your mental health starts eating away at you .losing it all and taking a risk is better than suicide.
