Bump - still looking - we are (still...) managing fine using both KROG, as well as T.M.C. for electrical accessories installation.....................but would still like to recommence - after MANY successful years of having a bike electrician 'on call' as it were - here's hoping! Chris & Team

On my G450X (similar exhaust set-up), I use a HEAT SHIELD U-N-D-E-R the plastics, to prevent exactly this - works a treat, pic tonite, if I remember! Chris

...both are VERY fit for purpose, not a lot to differentiate them; other than that with SW Motech you get the dual-tone colour and German finish, if I can put it that way, whereas Rockfox also looks good, and fit for purpose, as well, so its more personal preference (and cost, possibly: around...
