Hi All
I live in Rustenburg and the family in Langebaan so I know the routs there and back quite well. Honestly at this point its a boring trip.
So for the last year or so I was thinking why not do it a totally different way. Here is where I need some help and input.
Some basic info:
Trip date: Beginning December 2022
Time frame: 12 to 14 days just for down to CT (Back I will do the normal 1 day push back home)
I will be doing this trip solo (Light weight)
Transport: R1200 GS Rallye
Skills: Average (Dirt and tar)
Plan is to ride two or three days and then do a rest and explore day.
Camping wile traveling and may be Hotel or B&B on rest day
I'm just going to give you my rough idea, I need the gravy for this stew to make it a great adventure.
Rtb
Clarens or there about
Lady Grey - Joubert's Pas, Die Nek
Hogsback
Plettenbergbaai
Uniondale - Prins Alfred's Pass
Knysna - Dal van varings
Kleinmond
CT
What mountain passes should I definitely not miss. Tar or Gravel
What passes should I avoid at all cost (being a solo)
No use me pickling into Die Hel all alone
What towns or places should I visit.
Any advice or inputs will be appreciated.
