Very odd... Can only think that either the resin had too little hardener added, or either the resin or hardener had expired, or most likely - its too damn cold!! Seriously, FG likes temps around 23-25degC to sure properly - get it in the weak winter sun in the day if yu can, should cure then...

Not wrong - I stand way back with the HP Cleaner around wheel bearings, steering head, swingarm,but cleans plastics lekker! That Karcher K2 is more than adequate and a good price - I use a much smaller K1-100 I got free with a set of tyres about 8 years agi=o....

Many thanks - This gives a good idea. My flat section of my trailer is 1.2x2.4m inside the wheel arches, nut I would add around 75-100mm "overhang" each side to accommodate a series of jack mounting points to lift the body off of the trailer for storage etc... The plyboard - normal weatherproof...

Thats pretty damn fine! Its on my "To Do" list - after I finish my current caravan project - and I have a flat-bed trailer sitting around as well.....
