CRF 250 Rally - What to Pay??

I may be able to get a CRF 250 Rallye from a Friend, Bike has almost no km on it, it just stands around.

Think this is around 2019/20 Model.

How popular are these Bikes if I want to Re-Sell?

Anything major to look out for??
