I watch accident videos, dashcam stuff, I dont seek it but being part of 100 riding groups etc, it comes up.. mostly non fatal but I can say with absolute certainty that they have, along with common sence, shaped how I ride on the road, my decision making and risk taking.

Does he actually have a licence disc or is he just paying the licence as an offroad bike? Your road kit seems spot on, I think you only need one mirror but im open to being corrected, I think your licence plate holder needs a light as well.
