After many years of center stands, my KTM 890 Adv R is now without, by choice.
How does one lift the front of the bike for removing front shocks?
I use a paddock stand for the back...
And have an emergency stand for the road...
but how do you lift a 200kg+ bike in your garage to remove the front shocks?
Dirt bikes are easy - use a dirt bike stand, but those hoist up ones have a 130kg weight limit.
What is the solution?
PS. And will the AXP skid plate take the weight, or will one have to remove it before placing the weight of the bike on any type of bike lift?
